Also, (if you don't mind me asking) where might I be able to find similar decorative items such as the vogue cover poster, marine coral, deco head etc etc...?

Wow! You awed me with this concept. The clothes rail is truly a statement. I also love how a shelf is installed above it. The idea of additional storage is also very helpful for those who have so many items. If I had the same dressing area, I might put my books in the shelf. Thanks for posting.
